INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Elderflower Gin 

  • 25ml Elderflower Cordial (recipe here)

  • 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 100ml Tonic Water/Lemonade or Soda Water 

  • Elderflowers (to garnish)  

  • Lemon Wheels (to garnish)  

  • Ice 

    Serves 1

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker & dry shake. Add ice, shake again, strain into a glass & garnish.
