Refund and Cancellation Policy

We try our very best to pack up your kits in the most eco-conscious and safe way.

Boxes are quality checked prior to packing for damage or defects.

If your kit has been damaged upon arrival please send us evidence in the form of photographs to: sales@soralina.london

This must be done within 7 days from dispatch of the kit or a refund/replacement will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns for healthy and safety reasons.

If, for any reason, you need to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order by emailing sales@soralina.london with your order number and details.

Please note that we will not be able to process any cancellations or refunds after this time.

Amends Policy

If you would like to make any changes to your order, please contact us at least 5 working days before your chosen shipping date.
