Apple and Thyme Spritz Recipe

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Apple Vodka ( normal Vodka will do, we infuse Tito’s Vodka with fresh apple!)

• 20ml Thyme Syrup (store bought simple syrup can be infused overnight with fresh thyme)

• 10ml Fresh Lemon Juice

• Tonic or Soda Water top up

• Ice

• Apple Slice

• Fresh Thyme Stalk

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pour the apple vodka, thyme syrup & fresh lemon juice over ice

2. Top up with tonic or soda water

3. Rub the fresh thyme between your fingers to release the lovely aromats & use to stir

4. Garnish with a fresh apple slice & enjoy!
