ABOUT THE COCKTAIL KITS
+ What is in a Soralina box?
Our cocktail boxes come with gin/vodka infusions and corresponding garnishes. You can use your flavoureed gins or vodkas to create your own seasonal cocktails with your choice of mixers!
+ How often do you change your menu?
We aim to always use seasonal herbs and fruits in our kits, so will update our menu about 4 times a year depending on the season.
We'll also have limited edition kits for special occasions like Christmas and Mother's Day.
All menu updates will be shared on Instagram as well as in our newsletters.
+ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For is included, and your kit should arrive 2-3 days after your selected shipping date. Please not this is not tracked shipping.
If you'd like to opt for Royal Mail 48hr Tracked shipping, postage costs £4 for one box, £8.50 for two boxes, and £10.50 for 3 boxes.
Please contact us if you'd like to order more than 3 boxes!
+ How often do you ship?
We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays each week. Orders placed after 1pm on Wednesdays will be shipped the following week.
+ Can you deliver for a specific day?
We are currently unable to deliver your kits for a specific day, however you can select your preferred shipping date at checkout. We will ship your kit out on this day.
For 2nd Class signed for, please allow 3-4 days for delivery. For Royal Mail 48h Tracked, please allow 2-3 days.
Once an order has shipped, delivery depends on Royal Mail's timings, which can be impacted y things like Bank Holidays, weekends and busier periods like Christmas.
+ Where do you ship your kits to?
We're currently able to send our kits out to all UK Mainland locations. We're hoping to be able to update our shipping destinations in the near future. Watch this space for updates!
+ Can I add a gift message?
You sure can! Personalised messages cost an additional £1.50, and you can add this at checkout.
+ My kit has arrived and something is wrong with it
We take every care to ensure your kit is packaged in the most eco-conscious and safe way, If your kit has been damaged upon arrival please send us evidence in the form of photographs to: sales@soralina.london
This must be done within 7 days from dispatch of the kit or a refund/replacement will not be accepted.
We are unable to accept returns for healthy and safety reasons.
+ Where are your herbs and edible flowers from?
Wherever possible, we grow our herbs in our gardens! We cut our fresh herbs on the day that we ship out, to ensure they're as fresh as they can be on arrival.
Like our herbs, our flowers are grown in our garden. They're dried/crystallised on the day of picking to preserve all that flavour & colour.
+ Why have I received differents herbs or flowers?
Our herbs and edible flowers are all grown lovingly on site with limited quantities. Once our stock has depleted we may send different herbs with your kit - but don't worry, we will make sure that all the herbs & flowers sent will compliment the flavour of your drink just as well!
+ Why have the botanicals in my alcohol lost their colour?
Over time the fruits and herbs will seep their flavour and colour compounds into the alcohol to create a lovely infused spirit full of delicious flavour!
+ When do you make your infusions?
For our cocktail kits, we make our infusions in batches so that they stay fresh and can keep up to 10 days in the fridge, or 3-4 days out of the fridge.
For events, our syrups and infusions are made as close to the event day as possible.
About Subscription Kits
+ What’s included in your cocktail kits??
Each kit comes with enough spirits, syrups and garnishes to create a pair of cocktails, along with instructions. The syrups and spirits are infused by hand in the Soralina kitchen using fresh ingredients and homegrown garnishes.
The garnishes/botanicals are either fresh from our gardens or dehydrated in our kitchens.
Occasionally, you may need to provide a couple of home ingredients such as egg whites to create foams - this will be mentioned in your ingredients list!
+ What equipment will I need?
Aside from serving glasses and spoons to stir, we recommend you have a cocktail shaker and strainer to hand.
+ How often do you take payment?
For Gift Subscriptions, payment is taken up front.
For the rolling Monthly Subscription, payment is taken on a monthly basis from the date you place your order.
+ How do I cancel my rolling subscription?
We understand that sometimes you might want to cancel your subscription, and we're sorry to hear that.
We don't have a minimum term with our rolling subscriptions, so you can head to My Account > Subscriptions > View > Cancel to proceed with the cancellation.
If you cancel your subscription after your monthly payment has gone through, you will still receive your next box. If you cancel before your next payment is due, then your subscription will end immediattely.

We are unable to provide refunds for subscription boxes after they've shipped unless there is an issue with the contents.
ABOUT EVENTS
+ Where do you cater events?
We are London based and currently catering events in and around London and the surrounding areas.
We can travel out to certain venues depending on the location and size of the event.

+ How many people can you cater for at events?
Sit down/table service can be up to 20 people with a minimum of 8-10 depending on the type of event and location.
Bar service can be from 20+ up to around 50+ guests. For larger parties or wedding parties please enquire to see what we can do for you!
+ What type of cocktails are served at events?
All of our event cocktails are made bespoke to the client. We will liaise with you to produce a bespoke cocktail menu with drinks that contain some molecular mixology to add a bit of magic and theatre to your event!
